Leading Ladies

The Leading Ladies group focuses on self-esteem, conflict resolution, team building exercises, leadership training and health livings skills as it relates to taking care of ones mental and physical health. The purpose of the group is build young ladies who are destined to be tomorrow leaders. The ladies participate is physical activities as well as discuss issues that every young lady faces during her adolescent years. This program is a school-based program
